Sebastopol Women Build and Youth/Family/Faith Build Projects!!!!

Thanks to our staff and dedicated volunteers we have been successful in achieving much progress. Lot 1 has been built from the ground up. We have completed the framing of both floors. The first floor windows have been installed as well as all exterior doors. We are in the process of final grading of the property so that we can start laying pavers in the driveway and parking areas soon.

We have poured the foundation for the house on Lot 2 and the first floor joist is complete. We will be doing the under floor plumbing and sheet metal as well as pouring the garage slab shortly.

Now that the foundations on our second house is complete, we will continue with framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, doors, roofing..We'll keep updating this site with the projected tasks/timelines.

Our build schedule is posted on Volunteer Hub site, and we are now building on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Stay tuned for photos of the current status on this project!
