Healdsburg Build Site
513 University Street [mapquest]
Habitat for Humanity of Sonoma County's Staff and Board Members are proud to annouce we are moving forward with our Healdsburg project. On November 19, 209 we will begin the process to build two units at 513 University Street, Healdsburg, Ca [mapquest] for two low-income families in need.
Thanks to Carlisle Construction we have completed the infrastructure work. We will be building, with the help of volunteers, on Wednesday's through Saturday's from 7:30 am until 2 pm. If you are interested in volunteering with this project, please [ email Isabelle Accornero ] our Construction Volunteer Coordinator or phone her on 707-495-8056. We are continuing to raise funds for the project, acquiring donations, and community partners as we get ready to begin the building process.

During the week of January 6, we will be continuing to get the retaining walls in along both sides of the property. We will be working Wednesday through Saturday from 7:30 am until 2 pm. If you are interested in volunteering please click on the button below to volunteer now.
Our Healdsburg build is now being tentatively shut down until the middle of March. Due to long range weather forecast and the scope of work that needs to be done, we are unable to bring in the equipment needed to get the foundation started. We feel that with the rain and mud on site that it would cause too much damage to the engineer pads costing us more money and time in the long run.
I would like to thank you all for volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and hope you will join us again in March.
